Trainee Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services

As a new trainee in freight forwarding and logistics services (m/f/d), your activities will be incredibly diverse!

Your tasks:

• Organizing shipping, handling, and storage of goods.
• Monitoring the interaction of participants in a logistics chain.
• Calculating prices and preparing offers.
• Preparing accompanying goods, freight, and customs documents.
• Supervising order processing.
• Handling customer complaints.
• Receiving claims and settling them.
• Billing services, including instructing payments and processing dunning processes.
• Advising and supporting customers.

Your personal profile:

• Secondary school leaving certificate or (technical) university entrance qualification.
• Good German language skills and basic English knowledge.
• Interest in logistical contexts.
• General IT skills.

• Willingness to learn, flexibility, diligence, and a sense of responsibility.
