This year,we have been joined by several new faces who enrich our team with theirexperience, commitment, and fresh ideas.

DirkSeifert is our new Head of Commercial. He has more than 20 years of industryexperience and has worked in various roles along the logistics chain, fromfreight forwarding and procurement to digital transformation. His focus is onstrategic business development, data-driven solutions, and the furtherdevelopment of our commercial orientation. It's great to have him on board.

ChristianPasson has also joined us as Key Account Manager. With over two decades ofexperience in the logistics and supply chain industry, he brings extensiveexpertise in operations, sales, and customer management. He developstailor-made solutions for complex requirements, always thinking from thecustomer's perspective. A great addition to our team.

In Kassel,Midean Grandis officially joined our warehouse logistics team after completinghis training, earlier than planned. Midean discovered his interest in logistics while working as a temporary employee in the warehouse and quickly developed aliking for structured processes and practical work. We are delighted to now have him as a permanent member of our team.

In Cologne, Magdalena Kordula joined our Solution Design & Tender Management team in December. With her many years of experience in transportlogistics, she is now also diving into the world of warehouse logistics,bringing expertise, new perspectives, and a collaborative spirit that fitsperfectly into our culture.
